John Kador over at ChiefExecutive.net, wrote an interesting piece titled “Managing a CEO’s Scarcest Resource—Time” that applies not just to CEO’s, but to pretty much EVERYONE. ”The first thing CEOs must do is defend their time to think,” he wrote, by scheduling some, what I’ve learned to call, strategic one-on-none time.
